Toptech is pleased to announce the new TDS gateway will go live on Monday April, 19th. Toptech has redesigned the entire TDS website and graphical user interface to streamline and improve the usability of the TDS toolset. A number of improvements have been made to the allocation management toolset, most notably: Mass record update tools, grid view of allocation records with in-line editing capabilities, improved search and query tools as well as Terminal Group Allocations.

The new gateway will operate in tandem with the existing PETROnow website (www.petronow.com) for a period of 60 days. After that time, the PETROnow URL will be permanently redirected to the new gateway. Starting Monday April 19th, the new TDS Gateway can be accessed directly by clicking the “Log On” link located in the top-right portion of the www.toptechdata.com website. TDS customers will use their existing credentials to initially access the new gateway. As part of the initial access to the new gateway, authenticated users will be prompted to create new log on credentials specific to the new gateway.

As part of the transition to the new gateway, a maintenance window is being scheduled. Please plan for a service outage from 4:00-8:00pm EST this Saturday, April 17th. All terminals will need to be set to bypass TDS authorizations and data delivery will be queued during the scheduled maintenance.

Lastly, the TDS Webex which was originally scheduled for today has been scheduled for Tuesday 4/20 at 2:00pm EST. During this Webex, Toptech personnel will introduce the new TDS Gateway, navigate through the UI and demonstrate exciting new features. Space is limited to 20 participants and will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
